お気に入りメニューです。
大根1本をすり下ろして、その汁を使って鶏肉を煮ます。
料理酒とだし汁、スライスした生姜を少々加えました。

This is today's main dish, "Boiled breast meat of checken with grated white radish(daikon)".
It is boiled not with water, with juice of white radish.
You got a lot of juice when you grate it.
I used whole of a white radish.
My arm was a little tired to grate it.
I added cooking sake, Japanese stock (made from kombu and dried bonito shavings) and sliced ginger.
This is one of my favorite menues.
Simple and easy cooking.
